Snow and Roads Update (Feb 10)
Feb 10, 2019 - (9:30pm) City crews continue to plow and maintain roads through the ongoing storm cycles and remain on 24/7 shifts; supplies are adequate.
WEATHER: The current snow flurries are expected to diminish through the night with minor accumulations.
OUTLOOK: Monday afternoon’s storm system was expected to pack a bigger punch across the region, but the type of precipitation now appears to be snow then rain into the evening, leading to very slushy driving conditions. Accumulations by Tuesday morning are now expected to be only 1-2" with warming temperatures.
EARLY CLOSURES: City facilities expect to open at normal times Monday and close early -- see updated times below
