Meeting Room Rental Request

All customers are required to fill out a Mercer Room rental request form to request the Mercer Room for their event.

This form must be completed at least three weeks prior to the event and may be submitted up to one year in advance of the date of the event.

Please be advised that personal information provided on this form may be disclosed to requestors under the Public Records Act (RCW 42.56).

Please Note:

  • The Parks and Recreation Department has priority for all space.
  • Space is available on a first-come first-serve basis.
  • A completed and signed contract along with your paid deposit secures your room reservation.
  • This is a request for rental and is not a legal or binding commitement.

If you indicated that beer or wine will be served at your event, a banquet permit and insurance will be required.
